Designed as a playful culinary mashup of Shallwani’s Chicago-area upbringing where classic hot dogs are a way of life and his Pakistani heritage, the concept reimagines the traditional American hot dog by loading it with the bright, savory, and spicy flavors of South Asian chaat.
